Privacy policy
Updated October 3, 2026. GameDay Technologies operates Scorekeeper Pro. For privacy questions or requests, contact gamedaysportstech@gmail.com.
Information used to run the app
We process your account email and identifier, your confirmation that you are at least 16 at signup, authentication credentials through Supabase, workspace memberships, team and player names and numbers, optional player photos, lineups, game events and scores. Device controller identifiers help prevent conflicting score changes. Hosting and authentication providers process connection information such as IP addresses and service logs to deliver and protect the service.
Where information goes
Supabase provides authentication, database, photo storage and live updates. Vercel hosts the website and API. Web subscriptions use Stripe, which processes payment details. When enabled, new web subscriptions sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments also use Link for payment receipts, subscription management and transaction support. Native subscriptions use Apple or Google Play and RevenueCat to validate purchases and restore access. RevenueCat receives your account identifier and purchase information, such as product, store, transaction and subscription status, along with app/platform version and network metadata needed to deliver the service; we do not send player rosters or photos to RevenueCat. The native app does not collect card details. Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We do not add advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
Your sharing choices
Private workspace data is available to authorized members. Workspace administrators control access. Publishing a game makes the selected scoreboard and publication details available to spectators; review the publication settings before sharing. Exporting or sharing a scoresheet sends the selected game information to the destination you choose. Only upload player information and photos you are authorized to use.
Device storage and security
The native app stores sign-in tokens in operating-system protected storage. Prepared games and pending scores are stored locally for offline use and are scoped to the signed-in account. Native backup exclusions reduce unintended copying of this data. Requests to our services use encrypted HTTPS connections. Keep your device locked and up to date. No service can guarantee complete security.
Retention and deletion
Account and workspace information is retained while used by the service. You can request deletion in Account & privacy or through account deletion. Sole-owner workspaces require separate confirmation before their teams, games and photos are deleted. Records owned by other workspace members remain, with your account detached from event history. Exported copies held by other people are outside our control. Provider logs, recovery backups and payment records may persist under their operational or legal retention requirements; contact us for a specific request. We do not promise an unverified backup deletion period.
Player and youth information
Children under 16 may view a game shared by an adult but may not create their own Scorekeeper Pro account. Account holders manage teams and games and are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission before entering information about players, including children. A shared game can expose its selected scoreboard and publication details to anyone with its link. Contact us to report information entered without authorization or to request correction or removal.
