YOUR GAME-DAY GUIDE

From lineup to final scoresheet.

Start with a practice game. The 15-minute sample demo needs an internet connection; offline preparation applies to signed-in real games.

1. Before the game

Sign in online, create your teams and players, then choose New game. Check the selected sport, editable ruleset, phase length and roster before starting. Open the game online on the device you will use and confirm it is saved locally before relying on offline scoring.

2. Place your athletes

Select an athlete, then tap a position. You can also use the lineup controls without dragging. Check the starting lineup and bench. Baseball batting order and fielding positions are separate; check both. Rover is an optional local baseball variant, not a certified SPN or NSA ruleset.

3. Credit a score

Choose the athlete in the team's Credit player selector, then tap the scoring action. Check the selected name before each play. Unknown player keeps scoring moving when you do not know who scored; it does not create an individual player stat.

4. Record discipline

Use the sport's foul or card controls, select the athlete and enter the reason. For basketball, record the foul type and any awarded free throws or possession. An awarded free throw is not a made basket: record made shots separately. Check the discipline section of the scoresheet.

5. Correct a mistake

Use Undo for the latest mistaken action, or the correction controls for earlier events. Review any dependent actions the app flags. Recheck both team totals and player statistics after the correction.

6. Check the scoresheet

Open Score sheet to view the current game, player stats and recorded discipline. Download a new PDF after later changes; a downloaded file is a snapshot and cannot update itself. Compare the printed totals with the scoreboard.

7. Handle a lost connection

Keep this device signed in and watch the save/sync indicator. Do not clear browser data or sign out with pending actions. Reconnect and confirm all actions sync. If another device has taken control, preserve or download your pending actions and review the conflict before reconciling.

8. Finish and share

Confirm totals, finish the game and download the final scoresheet. Games start private. Review every publication option before sharing the spectator link. Saved games are available in Game history; deleting a game also removes public access.

PILOT CHECKLIST

Keep a paper score alongside your first games.

For the launch pilot, complete 5–10 games across basketball, baseball and soccer with an independent paper scorer. Keep using paper until the totals and player records agree.

Do not include athlete names, passwords, private share links or payment details in pilot reports. Describe athletes by jersey number.

A browser test does not certify a physical device. Native iOS/Android store availability and in-app purchases are separate launch checks.
